No one is immune to failure. Everyone has fallen down. So shake it off. 

You’ll probably fall again. What are you going to do about it? 

You have two choices. You can stay down, which is exactly where Satan wants you; 

or you can get up and choose to accept the grace of God.

JESUS IS THERE, HOLDING YOUR HAND. The Lord directs the steps of the godly. 

He delights in every detail of their lives. 

Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand. 

Psalm 37:23-24 So you fell.  Jesus is right there! Not only is He there, 

He’s holding your hand! No matter what you did, Jesus has not left you. 

Don’t let shame keep you from thinking that He has left you! 

YOU ARE FORGIVEN. Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to

hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the LORD.” 

And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. Psalm 32:5 Do you believe the bible? 

No, I’m being serious. Do you? I’m assuming your answer is yes. 

So, it’s done then. Gone. Erased. 

You fell. You repented. Then get up. There’s work to be done my sweet friend. 

THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH. My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, 

but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever. 

Psalm 73:26 Oh friend-you may fall, and you may be weak…

BUT GOD! He is your strength. He is the strength of YOUR HEART. 

All those little emotions that run amuck and you’re not sure how to weed through, 

know that HE is the strength of that sweet heart of yours! 

YOUR FUTURE IS BRIGHT. “My grace is all you need. 

My power works best in weakness. 

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 This might just be the best part. 

That fall? God can use it because his power works best in weakness. 

Humble yourself before Him, friend.

Let Him use you because He desperately wants too. 

He’s got BIG plans for you. So get up! I’ve fallen many times. 

All of us have. But there was a time. there was a time I fell hard.  I mean hard. 

Like I was walking along and didn’t even see the big hole in front of me. 

And I just kept walking and fell right down face first. I fell deep. 

The hole I fell in to was dark and lonely. I thought there was no way out. 

I had gone too far and there was no way out. 

BUT.GOD. BUT GOD!! I had to fight my way up. 

I made it harder than it needed to be. And Jesus was there the whole time, 

probably rolling His eyes occasionally saying to me, “Shannon- I’m right here, 

can’t you see me? Don’t you feel me?” 

The grace and mercy He has for us I will never be able to fully comprehend. 

He loves you so much. We’re not perfect. 

Not one of us is. So, we fall.
