Breakfast Hour

1) We pray that not only will 1,000 hours of prayer be completed during the Lenten season, but that through all these hours of prayer, our entire church may draw closer to the Lord and deepen in the spirit of prayer throughout this Lent.

2) We pray that this Lenten season will be filled with many answered prayers. May we also be able to proclaim the greatness of God to our congregation through many testimonies.

Lunch Time Prayer Topics

3) Lord, grant us steadfast faith and the fullness of the Holy Spirit to overcome all forces that oppose Your Church and Your people. May the members of the Korean American Methodist Church respond not with complaints or grumbling, but with thanksgiving and declarations of faith, even when the answer is to wait, trusting and obeying in the process.

4) We pray that our church will be filled with the grace of God's Word throughout the Lenten season. May the Prayer Sermon Series and the Draw the Circle book help establish a strong framework for a life of prayer. Through ongoing small group gatherings and Shepherd Life Bible studies, may our church continue to grow and thrive as a community rich in the Word.

Dinner Hour Prayers

5) There are members of our congregation preparing for baptism this Easter. We pray that their lives will be filled with the true joy of life found in the gospel of Christ.

6) We give thanks for the many new families who have joined us since the beginning of the year. We pray that they will settle well into our church community and grow in a graceful and enriching life of faith.
